Ohio Treasurer Richard Cordray attended a news conference to laud the efforts of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, the Youngstown/Mahoning Valley United Way, and the Mahoning County Financial Stability Partnership in providing programs and projects with a goal of boosting the area's economy. |
